Having more overall knowledge about the residential land development process will empower you to make better decisions. Learn how home plans can merge in the site design process creating a signi cant market advantage. In this new era, a general knowledge base (from surveying, to planning and site concerns), will empower both designers and decision makers to create a better product—the homes and neighborhoods from which we dwell. We will demonstrate how new methods merge architecture and planning, to the future of how plans will be presented in 2D, 3D and virtual reality using microsoft's new VR headsets. You will learn how easy it is to create a dynamic presentation for approvals or sales. New spatial analysis technology provides the ability to query a design for critical decision making for both home builders and land developers.

The dual screen presentation will demonstrate new tools that go from eld data through design, then to video gaming-based interactive virtual reality. This allows you and your potential customers to experience firsthand what the homes, development and views will look and feel like, changing the way housing structures and site plans will be communicated.
