Contractors, Remodelers, Painters, Plumbers, Roofers, Electricians and HVAC Technicians ... enrolling in a lead certification course is a crucial step in protecting your clients, your rm, your workers, and yourself. Becoming certified fulfills the Environmental Protection Agency’s Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) rule, which states that if you are paid to perform renovation, repair, or painting work in houses built before 1978, you must be trained to do so. The EPA can fine up to $37,500 per offense, per day to anyone who is not compliant.

Brandon Holmes is an EPA-approved Principal Instructor for the Lead Renovator Program with ZOTA Professional Training. He is also a Minnesota licensed General Contractor and has been working in the construction field for the last twelve years. Brandon’s favorite projects are to take old homes and find custom solutions to modernize them without losing charm. He also has extensive experience in the medical field and has seen the effects of lead poisoning and job site injuries first hand. He has been instructing for the past fifteen years and has a passion for helping others learn. Brandon brings his knowledge of the craft and real world experience to transform the classroom to real life training and provide students with the most meaningful learning experience possible.
